Donations

Every small donation comes together to make a big difference. All donations over $18 can be designated in honor of or in memory of a friend or loved one, and the temple will send a beautiful card to the address of your choosing. These gifts are also listed in each month’s bulletin. You may wish to purchase a sanctuary pew plate or leaf on the Tree of Life to celebrate a special simcha. We also have beautiful memorial plaques available that display on the walls in our sanctuary. Please contact Bonnie at temple for more information.

Cornerstone Society

A growing number of temple members are voluntarily raising their annual dues to help support the temple as Benefactors ($10,000), Pillars ($5000), and Sustainers ($3000). We are presently 2/3 of the way toward our goal of 36 households in the Cornerstone Society. Members of the society receive special benefits and invitations, plus the gratitude of a most thankful congregation. For more information, please contact Michael Richker or Rabbi Glickman.

Dollar-A-Day

Our temple president has called on every member to give to our temple, and asks us to consider giving a dollar a day.
Those who respond with a gift of at least $365 are given special mention in our temple bulletin.

Earn Money for your Gift

With a charitable gift annuity, you can make a gift to the temple and earn phenomenal interest for as long as you live. The interest rate varies by age, but in most cases the return is significantly higher than a bond or CD. For instance, an 80-year-old donor receives 8% interest each year for life. It is a most secure and tax-advantaged way to give and invest. For more information, please contact Bernice G. Stern.

Online Shopping

This is the most fun way to give to temple – while you shop! Through a special partnership with www.igive.com, you can shop at hundreds of websites and 1-5% of your money spent will go to our dear temple. All you have to do is register once at www.igive.com, accept the toolbar, and then the rest is automatic. Every time you go to Amazon.com, or Target.com, or wherever you like to shop most, the temple gets a donation. Click here for more information. Sign-up now and give it a trial run!

Estate Giving

We hope you will please consider naming the temple in your will. All bequests, unless otherwise directed, go to our Endowment Fund in order to support the temple for years to come. You can leave behind a lasting legacy, and support Jewish continuity for generations to come. Please contact Dan Carter for more information. We are creating a special plaque to hang in the lobby honoring all those who have named the temple in their wills.
